We are a staffing agency operating on the Czech market since 2013. Gradually, we have grown from a regional agency into a company operating throughout the Czech Republic, with coordinators in many countries around the world and a wide range of human resources services.
In the form of temporary assignments, we provide short-term, medium-term and long-term employees with the possibility of taking over into the permanent stuff. We provide manual and medium-skilled workers in production, agriculture and services. The experienced team of coordinators is in close contact with both parties throughout the secondment and takes care of the satisfaction, legality and quality of the service provided.
We help companies employ foreigners so that the whole process is easy for them and legal in all steps. Through a network of recruitment centers abroad, we search for suitable candidates for the required positions, including highly qualified positions. We help the company to be included in the Government program and, on the basis of powers of attorney, we represent them in the authorities and ensure the visa process. We are in close contact with foreign workers and employers at all times and provide them with advice and visa services.
For companies employing Ukrainian employees, we translate contracts, work procedures, safety data sheets, internal standards, manuals, technical and project documentation, instructions for use and operation of machines, technical drawings, medical reports.
For foreign employees and foreigners residing in the Czech Republic, we provide consulting services related to the visa requirement.
We run our own accommodation facilities.
